This zine was written from October to December of 2023 to archive and explore the changes happening within me. By being public about my process, I hope it can be a reminder that we are building worlds around us every day, in many ways, with our thoughts, words, intentions, and actions. The guide is imperfect because these poems, prompts, and thought explorations aren’t meant to be answers or prescriptions. They’re more examples and possibilities that there are worlds within you, waiting to be opened too.
